What is BizOpsKit?

BizOpsKit is a set of free online calculators for the people side of running a company: what an employee truly costs once employer on-costs are added, how overtime adds up, what a part-time salary should be, how much leave someone is entitled to, what meetings cost, how a pay rise flows through, and what a whole team's headcount budget looks like.

Who is it for?

Founders, hiring managers, HR and people teams, office managers, and finance staff in small and mid-sized companies — in the UK, the US, and anywhere else people costs need a quick, defensible estimate.

Why rate-driven?

Employer pension contributions, payroll taxes, and insurance differ by country, by scheme, and by year. Tools that hard-code one country's rates are quietly wrong for everyone else. BizOpsKit asks you for your own percentages, so the maths stays correct wherever you are and whenever rates change.
